Crnogorska akademija nauka i umjetnosti organizovala je okrugli sto ,,Vladavina prava i Evropski sud za ljudska prava”.
Okrugli sto otvorio je akademik Dragan K. Vukčević, predsjednik Crnogorske akademije nauka i umjetnosti.
U okviru dva panela uvodna izlaganja imali su: predsjednik Evropskog suda za ljudska prava Linos-Alexandre Sicilianos: The Independence of the Judiciary i akademik Zoran Rašović, sekretar Odjeljenja društvenih nauka CANU: Montenegro and the European Court of Human Rights.
Na okruglom stolu podnesena su sljedeća izlaganja:

Aye Iṣil Ergṻvenϛ, Former Judge of the European Court of the Human Rights: Article 1 Protocol 1: Positive Obligations on the States and Rule of Law;
Ivana Jelić, Judge of the European Court of Human Rights: Right to an Effective Remedy;
Ksenija Turković, Judge and Section President of the European Court of the Human Rights: Positive obligations in the fight against impunity with special emphasizes on and effective investigation;
Marko Bošnjak, Judge and Section Vice-President of the European Court of Hum,an Rights: Investigative Measures in Criminal Proceedings and Article 8 of the European Convention of Human Rights;
Branko Lubarda, Judge of the European Court of Human Rights: The Rule of Law an the Case-Law Under Article 18 of the European Convention of Human Rights.
Nakon uvodnih izlaganja uslijedila je diskusija, završna riječ Zorana Stojanovića, vanrednog člana CANU i zatvaranje okruglog stola.
