President of the Montenegrin Academy of Sciences and Arts, Academician Dragan K. Vukčević participates in the 4th Joint Scientific Conference of the Western Balkan Process / Berlin Process). The Conference is organized jointly by Lopoldina (the Italian Accademia Nazionale dei Lincei) and the Italian National Research Council (Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche) and is being held from May 30 to June 1, 2018 in Rome.
